Flapper Head is a Sydney-based, Australian owned company. We are a small business and are passionate about the great outdoors. Our products are inspired by the love of us and Aussies have for getting out into nature- and the need to look good whilst doing so! We are firm believers in the age-old saying "No Hat, No Play!" and are excited to offer our customers a high-quality and versatile product.Our hats are UV and water-resistant, and offer both comfort and flexibility. Returns, exchanges and cancellations
We offer 30-day returns for any reason. There is a 7% restock fee to return. For exchanges, there is a shipping fee. Please check our refund policy for more information. Please note that free returns are not applicable for discounted items, but still possible with a fee. In case of an order cancellation, there is a 7% order restock fee.
Sizes
The hats are adjustable with sizes ranging from anywhere between 54cm to 62cm for adults. 49cm to 56cm for kids.
E-mail discounts
Yes! We always offer 10% discount to all new subscribers. You can find the option to subscribe at bottom of the page, you'll receive the discount code in your inbox.
Recycle
The hats are made from polyester, which is partially recyclable. There will be some micro-plastics left that is unfortunately not recyclable. We do our most to reduce harmful waste, we recently switched to using biodegradable satchels. In our facility, we recycle everything that is recyclable. If you want to recycle your flap hat, please ensure you dispose it in a polyester recycle waste.
Care
Wipe dust and dirt away with a soft, damp cloth. If your hat gets really dirty, chuck it in the washing machine! We recommend you detach the flap, place both pieces in a garment bag and use the 'delicates' cycle on your machine. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry.
Custom designs and wholesale
We review requests for wholesale and custom designs on one-on-one basis. Please send an email to contact@flapperhead.com. We generally require a minimum quantity of 50 hats per order, and the higher the quantity the lower the cost will be.
